Vet Products Direct ships all goods using Australia Post trackable eParcel. Orders are usually shipped within three business days of placement.
Some less common items may require up to seven business days if sourced from a supplier. If there’s a delay beyond this, we’ll get in touch with an ETA and offer the option to wait or cancel for a full refund.
Over-the-counter products are only available to Australian customers and are not shipped internationally.
Once your order has left our warehouse, delivery is in the hands of Australia Post or other couriers. All Australian orders are sent with tracking. If your parcel hasn’t arrived, check your tracking at Australia Post or call 13 76 78.
